Build your own quote, right here, right now

Most phone companies make you "call for pricing". We publish every price we charge. Pick your team size, features and phones in our solutions builder and see your exact monthly cost, one-time cost and first-year total in about 60 seconds. No sign-up, no sales call, no surprises.

What it is like to be with us

From first call to go-live in about two weeks

No sales pressure, no jargon, and no week where your phones do not work. Here is exactly what happens.

Day 1

A friendly first call

Fifteen minutes. We ask how calls flow today and what bugs you. You get a written, all-in price the same day.

Days 2 to 5

Your call flow, on paper

We draw your menu, ring groups and after-hours rules, and you approve it. No jargon.

Week 1

Test drive on a temporary number

Your system is built in a Canadian data centre. Staff install the app and try it before anything changes.

Week 2

Go-live, early morning

Your numbers port over. Certified local installers set up desk phones and we test every line.

Every month

One simple bill, one phone number for help

Need a new user or holiday hours? Call or email and it is done, usually the same day.

Real-world examples

See how other teams set up their calls

Every business is different. These example setups show what is possible, and we design yours with you on day two.

Example setup

A Lower Mainland community non-profit

  • Greeting in English, then "for Punjabi, press 9"
  • Crisis option rotates every day to that day's on-call volunteer
  • After hours: voicemail is transcribed and emailed to the coordinator
  • Monthly report of call volume for funders
Example setup

A 40-truck carrier

  • Press 1: dispatch queue with three dispatchers
  • Press 2: safety and compliance, Press 3: accounting
  • Nights: the on-call dispatcher of the week, on the app
  • Every dispatch call recorded and searchable by load number
Example setup

A four-dentist clinic

  • Morning rush: callers queue and can press 1 for a callback
  • Referral faxes arrive as PDFs in the front desk inbox
  • Reception phone shows which operatory lines are busy
  • Closed: emergency instructions, then voicemail to email

Engineers and installers, not a call centre

Our team includes people trained at UBC and BCIT, including a professional engineer (P.Eng) and an applied science technologist (AScT), with more than 18 years of hands-on network and telecom work across BC.

That background shows up in the details: proper network checks before install, clean call flows and systems that are documented, backed up and monitored.

Pacific VoIP does not provide engineering services or professional engineering sign-off. Credentials describe our team's training and experience only.

    Questions

    Straight answers

    What is VoIP?

VoIP (voice over internet protocol) means your business phone calls travel over the internet instead of the old wire in the wall. You keep your numbers, your phones work anywhere, and it usually costs much less. New to all this? Read VoIP 101.

    What is the cheapest plan?

Essentials: a Canadian business number that rings up to 8 cell phones, with voicemail to email, for $99 a year plus pay-as-you-go calls.

Can I still slam the phone down?

Yes. Order a desk phone with a real handset. Hanging up with feeling is fully supported and, frankly, encouraged.

How much does Pacific VoIP cost?

For a 10-person office on 3CX Pro, about $262 a month all in, or $26.17 per user. Use the solutions builder for your exact price.

Can I keep my phone numbers?

Yes. We port numbers from TELUS, Bell, Rogers, Shaw, Videotron, SaskTel, Eastlink and others. Porting is included with setup.

    Do you serve my city?

We serve businesses across Canada, with certified local installers in the 55 cities on our coverage page and remote setup everywhere else.

    Is there a contract?

The 3CX licence is billed yearly. After that, there is no long-term contract and you can leave with your numbers.

    Who is Pacific VoIP?

Pacific VoIP is part of the VancouverCabling.ca group of companies, focused only on business phone systems for Canadian organisations.

    Does 911 work?

Yes. Every number we provide has a registered 911 address. VoIP 911 has some limits compared with landlines; read our VoIP 911 guide.

    Do I need new phones?

No. Staff can use the free 3CX app on mobiles and computers. Desk phones are optional, and we can often reuse yours.
