What we will not claim
We believe in being straight with you. The 3CX phone system software is made by an international company, not in Canada; we run it on Canadian servers. Calls you make to the US or overseas travel to those countries, as they must. And staff working from home reach your system over their own internet provider. Everything we choose and control is Canadian.

Is Pacific VoIP a Canadian company?
Yes. Pacific VoIP is a Canadian business and part of the VancouverCabling.ca group of companies, based in British Columbia.
Do my calls route through the United States?
We use Canadian carriers and Canadian servers, so calls between your Canadian numbers and your phone system are handled in Canada. Calls you make to US or international numbers naturally travel to those countries.
Where is my data stored?
Your phone system, voicemail, call recordings, transcripts and call logs are stored on a private server in a Canadian data centre.
Is the 3CX software Canadian?
No. 3CX is developed by 3CX Ltd, an international company, and is used by businesses worldwide. We run your copy of it on Canadian servers, connected to Canadian carriers, supported by a Canadian team.
