We build you a private 3CX phone system in a Canadian data centre. Your staff answer calls on desk phones, the mobile app or their laptop, from anywhere. We set it up, move your numbers and look after it.
Most "cloud phone" plans put you on one giant shared platform and charge per user, forever. We do it differently. You get your own 3CX instance, sized to the number of calls you take at once, not the number of people on staff. Add an extra user and your bill barely moves.
It runs on a private cloud server in Canada, so call recordings and voicemail stay in the country. Staff get the 3CX app on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac, plus any desk phone they like. Everything is managed from one web console, and we do the changes for you if you would rather not.

What it costs
For 10 users on 3CX Pro the total comes to about $261.68 a month, or $26.17 per user. That covers the licence, Canadian hosting, managed support, a local number with 911, and calling. Setup is a one-time $742.50.

3CX is one of the most widely used business phone systems in the world. It is feature-rich, works with almost every desk phone, and its licence is priced by simultaneous calls, which makes it far cheaper than per-user plans as you grow.
Where is my phone system hosted?
On a private cloud server in a Canadian region. Your call recordings, voicemail and call logs stay in Canada.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port your numbers from TELUS, Bell, Rogers, Shaw or any other Canadian carrier. Porting is included in setup and usually takes one to two weeks.
What happens if the internet goes down at the office?
Calls fail over automatically to mobile apps or any number you choose, so customers never hear a dead line.
