How Pacific VoIP handles the information you send us.
What we collect
When you use our contact or quote forms, we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, company and your message, plus the page you sent it from. We use them only to reply to you and prepare your quote.
How we send it
Form messages are delivered to our team by email through a transactional email service. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Live chat
Our website chat is provided by Zoho SalesIQ, and our team chat link is provided by 3CX. Their privacy policies apply to information you share there.
Phone system data
For clients, call recordings, voicemail and call logs are stored on your private phone system in a Canadian data centre. You control retention.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@pacificvoip.ca.
Cookies
Our site does not use advertising cookies. The chat widget may set cookies needed for it to work.
