Plug it in, it rings. We pre-configure every Yealink phone with your extensions, names and buttons before it ships or before our installer arrives.
You do not need desk phones. Many teams run on the free 3CX app and a good headset. But reception, warehouses and anyone who lives on the phone usually wants a proper handset.
We supply Yealink, the most popular VoIP phones in Canada, and set each one up with auto-provisioning. If you already own Yealink, Fanvil, Snom or Grandstream phones, we can usually reuse them.

Do I have to buy phones?
No. The 3CX app on mobiles and computers is free. Phones are optional.
Can I use my old phones?
If they are SIP phones from Yealink, Fanvil, Snom or Grandstream that are still supported, usually yes.
