Text customers from your business number
Customers would rather text. Let staff send and receive SMS from your main business number, so conversations stay with the company, not on someone's personal cell.
Business texting lets your team send and receive SMS through the 3CX app and web client using your business number. Conversations can be shared so whoever is on shift can reply.
It is ideal for appointment confirmations, "we are on our way" messages, and customers who cannot talk at work. Canadian messaging rules apply, so we help you set it up properly.

Business texting (SMS): common questions
Can I text from my landline number?
If we port it to us and it is a standard local number, usually yes.
Can I send mass marketing texts?
Business texting is for conversations, not bulk marketing. Bulk messages need consent under CASL and a different service.
